All of the graphics/images included in each of my web sets (i.e. backgrounds, banners, buttons, bars etc.) are for that set ONLY.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are they to be combined with other web sets, graphic collections, claimed as your own or for any other
purpose.
Nor may they be used on pornographic or adult sites. Only Family Safe sites are allowed to use my web
sets.

My graphics are NEVER to be redistributed in any form.
Examples are: e-mail groups, forums, blogs etc.
|
| 3. |
My graphics ARE NOT be used to create e-mail stationery, signature tags, tubes etc.
I will more than likely be doing this myself some time in the future.

My Graphics Are NOT To Be Altered
This means you MAY NOT manipulate my graphics (add text, resize, Crop,
Adjust Colors OR add other images etc.) using whatever Photo Editor program you have
such as PaintShop Pro, PhotoShop etc.
|
| 5. |
You are not required to to use all of the graphics or the HTML file included with the set. You may arrange the graphics
on your web page however you like. Just remember, you cannot mix with other sets, alter the graphics or claim the set as your own.

My logo MUST be placed on the web set with the required link back to Chewoo Graphics.
The link is: http://chewoographics.thodin.org/
|
| 7. |
You may not "Direct-Link" (this is when you right click and copy the image then paste it onto your web page) to
Chewoo Graphics when setting up your web set.
This is Bandwidth Theft
When you do this, you are directly linking the images on my site and using my web server to display them on your own.
This is a BIG
NO-NO. You wouldn't want me to do that to you would you?
Because this type of theft is so prevalent on the "net", all images on my site that are used in this way will appear as RED nasty X to protect myself from incurring additional fees for it's operation. In other words...
You MUST download the graphics to your computer and then upload them to your own web server.

I do not provide written or personal tutorials on how to arrange the web set in your HTML editor. All sets include the HTML
(created using Microsoft FrontPage 2000) for your convenience to be used as a guide only. The HTML is optimized for Internet Explorer 6+ with a screen resolution of 800 x
600.
Nor do I provide instructions on how to use java or other special scripts that may or may not come with the sets. If a
script DOES NOT come with the set it will state so. You may visit my Helpful Resources Section by:

A Word about fonts....
Most of us fall in love with
really cool fonts
and want to use them in the "text" part of the web page. The downside to
this -- is that they
are Non-Standard.
Picture this, you are sitting at your computer and viewing your web page and the wonderful font you have chosen for your text.
Everything looks great. You upload it to your server and view the page on the Internet. "WOW", you say to yourself. It looks just like it did before you
uploaded it and you see the font but...99.9% of the time any other person viewing your page is not seeing it. This is where most people are misguided.
This is because
only fonts that are "embedded" in a graphic image
are seen correctly.
The only circumstance in which
the viewer could possibly see the Non-Standard font you are using is if they too had that particular font installed on their computer.
It is always best to use standard fonts
such as Arial, Comic Sans, Helvetica, Verdana, and Times New Roman for your web page text. These
fonts are "Standard" in most all computers.
If you are determined to use a Non-Standard font, the only other alternative I can suggest, is to offer the font in a downloadable zip file on your web page. You
can encourage the viewer to download and install it to view the page the way you have intended.
